Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly capable Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead group‑level consolidation, multi‑dimensional reporting, and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) across our global operations. The role will be central to building a scalable, standardized, and insight‑driven FP&A function.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage a 3‑tier consolidation framework (Entity → Country → Business Unit → Group) and perform monthly group consolidation.
• Lead the AOP process, standardize templates, coordinate inputs from all geographies, and consolidate budgets at BU, Country, and Group levels.
• Develop and maintain mapping structures, chart‑of‑accounts standardization, and dynamic consolidation templates.
• Manage intercompany eliminations and resolve mismatches with finance teams worldwide.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, including cash, working capital, inventory, and shipment tracking.
• Coordinate with the Head of Finance in Nigeria and other global finance teams to ensure data quality and timeliness.
• Maintain the books of accounts for the Mauritius holding entity, oversee month‑end close, and ensure audit and statutory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial consolidation, budgeting, and multi‑dimensional reporting.
• Strong understanding of intercompany eliminations and data architecture.
• Ability to work with global finance teams and drive process standardization.
