Finance Senior Associate

About the role

As a Finance Senior Associate at Juicyway you will help maintain the company’s financial stability and integrity. You will be involved in daily bank and inventory reconciliations, budgeting, filing and accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Financial Controller in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and assist with month‑end and year‑end close.
• Validate transaction revenue, service fees, commissions and FX margins, and identify revenue leakage or cost over‑statements.
• Track FX gains and losses, reconcile treasury reports, and ensure accurate recording of liquidity movements.
• Review vendor invoices, classify expenses, monitor accrued and prepaid items, and support vendor account reconciliations.
• Perform variance analysis on revenue, costs, EBITDA and cash flow and contribute to profitability analysis by country, corridor or product.
• Maintain accurate financial data across accounting systems, payment platforms and reporting tools, and improve finance templates and automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, fintech, payments or banking.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA or ICAN.
• High integrity, confidentiality and strong documentation discipline.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with accounting software, ERP systems and reconciliation tools.
• Familiarity with payment platforms and large transaction datasets.
