About the role
The Finance Officer will support PWAN Group’s real‑estate operations in Lagos by ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing payroll, and maintaining accurate client records. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop core accounting skills within a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Implement all relevant financial laws, standards, rules, and regulations.
- Prepare client receipts promptly and keep client documentation up to date in the company database.
- Prepare monthly payroll and ensure timely payment of employee salaries.
- Remit statutory deductions (PAYE, withholding tax, pensions) to the appropriate authorities on schedule.
Required profile
- Minimum HND (Upper Credit) in Accountancy.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Professional qualification is a plus.
- Age between 22 and 28 years.
- Residence within the Lekki‑Ajah axis.
Required skills
- Proficiency with accounting software such as Sage.
- Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
