Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee daily financial operations, ensure accurate record‑keeping, and support strategic budgeting for our Lagos office. The role involves managing cash flow, preparing reports, and liaising with banks and auditors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions, invoices, receipts and payment vouchers.
• Monitor income, expenses and cash flow; reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Process payments, follow up on outstanding amounts and support payroll processing.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting and financial planning.
• Maintain up‑to‑date financial records and ensure compliance with tax and statutory obligations.
• Liaise with banks, vendors, auditors and other financial stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve financial discrepancies and ensure proper documentation.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of financial procedures, accounting principles and Nigerian tax regulations.
• Experience with accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Professional certification such as ICAN or ACCA is an advantage.
