Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead project finance, plant accounting, financial reporting and governance for Viabonam Corporate. You will ensure accurate financial management, monitor capital expenditure, manage fixed assets and support manufacturing finance while complying with accounting standards and internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project Capex tracker, review spending against budgets and provide variance analysis.
• Partner with engineering, procurement and project teams to report project costs and ensure compliance with delegation of authority and capitalization policies.
• Prepare weekly finance dashboards and Capex utilization reports for management.
• Oversee plant accounting activities, lead month‑end close and produce MIS reports.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, conduct detailed variance analysis and ensure statutory compliance.
• Lead periodic inventory counts, manage working capital and support asset creation and handover to operations.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAN) with 5–8 years post‑qualification experience.
• Experience in Greenfield/Brownfield projects, manufacturing, FMCG, agribusiness or industrial operations.
• Hands‑on experience in Capex monitoring, asset capitalization and plant accounting.
