Finance Business Partner - Kolomoni

About the role

The Finance Business Partner for Kolomoni will act as the financial heartbeat of our digital banking and loan operations. You will bridge financial data with operational decision‑making, ensuring record integrity, cost optimisation and delivering the intelligence that drives strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Revenue & Loan Operations Accounting – ensure accurate interest and fee income, perform accruals and reconciliations in line with IFRS, and maintain high‑frequency loan and deposit reporting.
• Expense & Payroll Management – oversee expense accounting, enforce cut‑off procedures, and process end‑to‑end payroll with statutory compliance.
• Treasury, Intercompany & Asset Control – conduct timely bank reconciliations, manage inter‑company balances, maintain the Fixed Asset Register and allocate group‑level shared costs.
• Performance Reporting & Strategy – lead weekly MIS reports on loan, deposit and liquidity performance, prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis, and provide actionable strategic insights.
• Regulatory Compliance Reporting – prepare and submit mandatory returns to the Central Bank of Nigeria and act as the internal authority on regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
