Finance & Admin Manager

About the role

Lesaffre Nigeria is seeking a Finance & Admin Manager to lead financial management, corporate, and IT activities. Reporting to the West Africa Finance Manager, you will optimise the company’s financial performance while ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage banking relationships, daily banking activities, and long‑term financing plans.
• Negotiate short‑term loans and lines of credit, and support purchasing in FOREX and commodity hedging.
• Prepare financial statements, accounting reports, and ensure implementation of accounting and control procedures.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and consultants; oversee annual reporting and financial sections.
• Monitor customer credit exposure, conduct credit reviews, and manage cash collection and credit risk reporting.
• Supervise monthly cost of goods sold analysis, perform cost accounting, and prepare product financial simulations.
• Present monthly and year‑to‑date financial results, develop management reporting tools, and lead forecasting.
• Lead annual budgeting process, coordinate budget preparation, and manage financial modelling for strategic initiatives.
