Field Sales & Partnerships Executive

About the role

We are seeking a relentless, highly articulate Field Sales & Partnerships Executive to drive B2B and B2B2C growth across Lagos Island. You will work on the ground, visiting premium restaurants, salons, spas and fitness centres to close partnership deals and acquire high‑value customers.

Key responsibilities

• Pitch and onboard premium salons, spas and gyms into our VIP Referral Program, providing Partner Enablement Kits to turn staff into a referral engine.
• Target top‑tier restaurants and cafés, presenting Noori as their primary procurement arm for fresh produce to save time, money and market stress.
• Distribute matte‑black VIP invitation cards, onboard new clients face‑to‑face and guide them through their first orders.
• Track daily visits, follow up relentlessly with leads and manage an active partner portfolio to ensure continuous promotion of Noori.

Required profile

• Grit, resilience and thick skin to thrive in Lagos field sales, treating “no” as a stepping stone.
• Exceptional communication skills to persuade high‑net‑worth individuals, restaurant managers and luxury business owners.
• Deep knowledge of the Lagos Island corridor (VI, Ikoyi, Lekki Phase 1).
• Self‑starter attitude, able to own a territory without micromanagement.

What we offer

• Target monthly compensation of ₦2,050,000 (base ₦250,000, operational allowance ₦100,000, uncapped performance commission up to ₦1,700,000).
