About the role
Bluefare Limited is seeking dynamic Field Sales and Marketing Officers to drive customer and merchant acquisition in Abuja. The role involves representing the brand at activations, demonstrating products, and gathering market insights.
Key responsibilities
- Drive customer and merchant acquisition
- Build relationships and generate leads
- Represent the brand at activations and in the field
- Demonstrate products and communicate value effectively
- Track leads, conversions, and daily sales activities
- Gather market insights and identify growth opportunities
Required profile
- 1–3 years’ experience in field sales, business development, or field marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target‑driven and results‑oriented mindset
- Confidence engaging customers face‑to‑face
- Good knowledge of the Abuja market
- Energetic, proactive, and comfortable working in the field
