Field Sales Marketer

About the role

Just Eggs is looking for a young, energetic and confident Field Sales Marketer to help grow its customer base. You will work in assigned areas, identify potential customers, introduce Just Eggs, generate leads and secure new orders.

Key responsibilities

• Find and approach potential customers in person.
• Promote Just Eggs to businesses and individuals.
• Target restaurants, hotels, bakeries, supermarkets, food vendors, households and other prospects.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Meet daily customer acquisition and sales targets.
• Follow up with potential customers.
• Submit daily activity and sales reports.
• Maintain regular communication with the team.

Required profile

• Previous field sales, outdoor marketing or direct sales experience is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable approaching new people.
• Energetic, presentable and approachable.
• Self‑motivated and target‑driven.
• Comfortable working outdoors and independently.
• Must live within or very close to Berger/OPIC/Mowe (Berger strongly preferred).
• Female candidates are preferred.
