Field Sales Manager – Vape/FMCG (Hunter Mindset)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy Field Sales Manager to lead our vape and FMCG distribution across Lagos. The role is 100% field‑based, requiring you to spend most of your time on the streets, meeting merchants and expanding our footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily on‑site visits to at least 10 merchants.
• Spend roughly 80% of your time in the field visiting shops, clubs, and markets to open new accounts.
• Drive sales volume across retail and wholesale channels and achieve monthly targets.
• Map Lagos territories, identify competitors, and ensure brand visibility.
• Track activities and results daily using Google Sheets on your mobile device.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of on‑field sales experience, preferably in FMCG or beverage distribution.
• Resident of Lagos with deep knowledge of local routes and markets.
• Tech‑savvy: comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets on a smartphone.
• Resilient and able to turn rejections into sales.
• Flexible to work hours that match business needs.
