Field Sales & Content Activator in Kaduna

About the role

Riwe is seeking a Field Sales & Content Activator to bring affordable weather insurance and climate insights directly to farmers in Kaduna. You will combine digital storytelling, grassroots marketing and direct sales to engage rural farming communities.

Key responsibilities

• Create short videos, reels and posts in Hausa and/or English, document farm visits and manage social media for rural audiences.
• Drive online and on‑ground campaigns at markets, cooperatives and agri‑events, building relationships with farm groups, extension workers and agro‑dealers.
• Onboard farmers, nurture leads, close sales and report weekly on progress, owning your sales numbers.

Required profile

• Based in or deeply familiar with Kaduna State.
• Passionate about agriculture, rural development or climate solutions.
• Comfortable on camera and confident creating smartphone content.
• Strong communicator able to connect with farmers and community leaders.
• Self‑starter who thrives working independently in the field.
• Fluent in English; Hausa fluency is a strong asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency managing Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and Facebook platforms.
• Experience creating engaging short‑form video and social media content.
