Field Sales Agent (Lagos)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Agent to grow Fixme’s merchant network in Lagos. You will identify small businesses, onboard them onto the Fixme platform, and train owners to use our point‑of‑sale app and online store tools.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach small businesses across your assigned Lagos area and onboard them onto Fixme.
• Set up merchant stores and profiles, upload product ranges with edited images.
• Train owners on the in‑app POS system, receipt issuance, customer tracking, and automated online store integration with WhatsApp and social media.
• Maintain regular contact after onboarding to ensure continuous trading and resolve issues.
• Report daily and weekly activity and results to management.

Required profile

• Comfortable approaching strangers and conversing with shop owners.
• Patience to teach non‑tech‑savvy users how to use a mobile app.
• Self‑directed, able to manage your own field schedule.
• Own a functional smartphone.
• Based in Lagos with good knowledge of at least one commercial area.
