Field Marketing & Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Field Marketing & Sales Executive to drive awareness and generate leads for Wattforge’s solar energy solutions across Lagos. You will work directly in the field, engaging homeowners and business owners, and turning interest into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Visit target locations daily to promote solar solutions and distribute marketing materials.
• Engage with homeowners, business owners and prospects to explain product offerings.
• Generate qualified leads, record interactions and follow up with interested prospects.
• Report market feedback, objections and opportunities to the sales team.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly activity and lead‑generation targets.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE (or OND) qualification; higher education in a relevant field is a plus.
• At least 12 months experience in field marketing, direct sales, door‑to‑door marketing or outdoor lead generation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to start conversations.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and reside in Lagos.
• Familiarity with Lekki, Ajah and surrounding areas is advantageous.
