Field Marketer

About the role

The Field Marketer will promote Kenex Konsults International’s banking and financial products directly to individuals, businesses and corporate clients across Port Harcourt and the wider Rivers State. You will work on the ground, generating leads, building relationships and increasing brand visibility in assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers through field visits, referrals and networking.
• Promote company products and services to individuals, businesses and corporate clients.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly acquisition and sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Perform regular follow‑up visits to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM or sales database.
• Execute field marketing campaigns, roadshows and promotional activities.
• Distribute flyers, brochures and promotional items.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs and community events.
• Gather market intelligence on customer preferences, competitor activities and industry trends.
• Provide feedback to management and recommend strategies to improve product penetration.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly activity and sales reports.

Required profile

• OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Up to two years of experience in field sales, marketing, customer service or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
• Valid driver’s licence; ability to ride a motorcycle or drive a vehicle is an advantage.
