Feet on Street Agent (Telecoms)

About the role

We are seeking dynamic, results‑driven Feet on Street (FOS) Agents to represent our telecom brand across Nigeria. In this full‑time position you will engage directly with consumers, conduct door‑to‑door and street‑to‑street outreach, and guide customers through our digital self‑service platform to activate and manage their lines.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned territories door‑to‑door and street‑to‑street to market, sell, and activate telecom lines.
• Assist customers step‑by‑step with self‑onboarding on the Self‑Service App, including recharging, usage tracking, and account management.
• Generate local leads, conduct market surveys, and provide last‑mile customer service.
• Promote brand visibility at public venues, distribute promotional materials, and organise local engagement events.
• Achieve a minimum of 120 active line activations per month and ensure qualifying recharges.

Required profile

• Previous experience in field sales, direct marketing, retail promotion, or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills; comfortable approaching people in public and residential settings.
• High energy, target‑driven mindset and ability to work outdoors covering physical territory daily.
• Minimum education: SSCE/ND qualification.
