About the role
The Fashion House Manager will oversee garment production, staff, and client relations for a fashion house in Abuja.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise tailors and designers, track garment manufacturing workflows, and enforce strict quality control standards.
- Interview, hire, train, and schedule workshop or showroom employees.
- Maintain expense records, manage inventory of raw materials, and report progress directly to the creative director or CEO.
- Coordinate fittings, manage custom client orders, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of a BSc degree.
- 2‑3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
