About the role
We are seeking a family physician with surgical expertise and knowledge of health maintenance organizations (HMO). The role involves reviewing patient records, conducting examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and prescribing appropriate treatments.
Key responsibilities
- Review patient files, including allergies, medications and immunization status.
- Record patient medical history and conduct physical examinations.
- Order and execute various tests, analyses and diagnostic imaging.
- Analyze test results and diagnose patient conditions.
- Administer or prescribe appropriate treatments.
