Factory Worker

About the role

We are seeking hardworking and dedicated Factory Workers to join our team at ZICS. The role involves supporting daily production activities, assisting in the fabrication process, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in metal fabrication, welding, cutting, and finishing tasks.
• Operate basic factory tools and equipment safely.
• Support carpentry and furniture production activities where required.
• Ensure factory cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
• Work closely with supervisors and engineers to meet production deadlines.
• Carry out other related tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum of SSCE (Senior Secondary School Certificate) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a factory, welding, carpentry, or fabrication is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to use basic tools and follow instructions.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual labour.
• Strong teamwork and discipline.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
