Facilities Services Manager (2 openings)

About the role

Alpha Mead Group, a total real estate solutions company, is seeking Facilities Services Managers for its Asaba locations in Delta and Edo states. The role leads the planning, execution and continuous improvement of all technical facility management operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and improvement of technical facility management operations.
• Oversee operation, maintenance and lifecycle management of all MEP systems to ensure maximum asset reliability and uptime.
• Manage maintenance and performance of lifts and elevators, ensuring safety compliance and statutory inspections.
• Supervise HVAC operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance of chillers, AHUs and ventilation systems.
• Oversee civil and building fabric maintenance such as structural repairs, roofing, drainage and waterproofing.
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programmes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, HSE standards and company policies.
• Lead, mentor and manage engineers, supervisors, technicians and specialist contractors.
• Monitor contractor performance and align service delivery with contractual requirements.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, monitor costs and identify optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• 8–10 years hands‑on experience in facility management of large commercial or industrial facilities.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and managing specialist service providers.
• Strong understanding of HSE requirements within facility management operations.
• Professional certifications such as COREN registration or IFMA/FMP are an advantage.
