Experienced Real Estate Sales and Marketing Manager

About the role

The Experienced Real Estate Sales and Marketing Manager will lead all sales and marketing activities for Footy Homes and Properties in Ibadan. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving growth, managing client relationships, and delivering the company’s property portfolio to market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead property sales, conduct viewings, negotiate offers and close deals in line with targets.
• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Maintain accurate lead, pipeline and sales performance records using CRM tools.
• Monitor market trends, develop pricing and positioning strategies, and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, mentor junior sales staff, and represent the company at client meetings and events.

Required profile

• Proven real‑estate sales expertise with strong lead generation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience in developing and managing marketing strategies, branding and promotion for real‑estate products.
• Solid communication and presentation abilities to engage diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Analytical capability to assess market trends, pricing and competitor activity.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Ibadan, conduct field visits and uphold inclusive service practices.
