Experienced Procurement Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to join our team at Ikorodu Garage, Lagos. The role involves managing the full procurement lifecycle, ensuring timely and cost‑effective acquisition of goods and services for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify reliable suppliers.
• Maintain and strengthen supplier relationships to secure competitive terms.
• Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders throughout the procurement process.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements to achieve optimal pricing and quality.
• Analyze pricing data and supplier performance to support data‑driven purchasing decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement and purchasing functions.
• Strong ability to manage supplier relationships and sourcing activities.
• Hands‑on experience with purchase order preparation and lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated skill in contract negotiation and vendor management.
• Analytical mindset for pricing assessment and performance evaluation.
