Executive Assistant – Blog & Legal Support

About the role

Lex Artifex LLP is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide a blend of digital content management, paralegal support, and executive administration. The role is based in Marina, Akwa Ibom, and requires a candidate who can balance remote tasks with regular office attendance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage website blogs: format, upload, schedule, and audit articles across multiple sites, ensuring visual polish and basic on‑page SEO.
• Handle media uploads, hyperlink checks, and correct any broken links or typographical errors.
• Navigate national and international government portals to complete legal registration forms, track application statuses, and maintain a digital repository of corporate documents.
• Draft professional correspondence, coordinate daily administrative workflows, and safeguard confidential information.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
• Degree in a related field.
• Current residence in Uyo with ability to commute to the office as needed.
• Proven ability to work independently on data‑heavy government or corporate forms without errors.
• Flawless written English, strong proofreading and editing capabilities.

Required skills

• WordPress (backend content management).
• Basic SEO knowledge.
• Proficient internet navigation and research.
