Events, Sponsorship & CSR Manager

About the role

The Events, Sponsorship & CSR Manager will support the Head of Sustainability in positioning the organisation as a socially responsible leader focused on sustainable development. This role drives CSR initiatives and manages events that enhance the company’s reputation with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute a proactive CSR strategy, engaging stakeholders through various communication platforms.
• Plan, organise, and drive CSR initiatives, ensuring timely disclosure in line with regulatory requirements.
• Develop CSR communications and promotional materials, including CSR reports and social media content.
• Conceptualise, plan and execute events that align with brand and business objectives, preparing an annual event calendar.
• Identify improvement areas for existing events and leverage sponsored events for marketing purposes.

Required profile

• First degree in Mass Communications or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CSR and events management.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication, writing and editing abilities.
• Strong event and time‑management skills, analytical mindset and attention to detail.
