About the role
We are looking for an Estate Surveyor to conduct property inspections, valuations, and support our property management activities in Lagos.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct property inspections, site visits, and market surveys
- Carry out property valuation and appraisal for sales, leases, and mortgages
- Manage and market residential, commercial, and industrial properties
- Prepare valuation reports, agency reports, and inspection reports
- Assist in property negotiations and deal closures
- Keep accurate records of properties, clients, and transactions
- Support the firm’s marketing activities, including property promotions
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and real estate regulations
- Carry out any other duties assigned by management related to estate surveying practice
Required profile
- A minimum of an HND in Estate Management
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience
- Must be computer literate
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Possession of an unexpired driver’s license (added advantage)
- Proximity to our office is a major advantage to help reduce transportation costs
