About the role
We are seeking a motivated Estate Surveyor to join our team in Port Harcourt. You will play a key role in delivering accurate land and site surveys that support construction projects across the Marina region.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct land and site surveys using modern surveying equipment.
- Prepare and maintain precise survey data, maps, and reports.
- Establish reference points and benchmarks for construction projects.
- Interpret construction drawings and provide technical input.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers.
- Monitor and verify construction progress against survey data.
- Maintain proper documentation of all survey activities.
Required profile
- Minimum of a degree in a related field.
- At least 3 years (36 months) of relevant experience.
- Mid‑level professional with a strong understanding of surveying principles.
Required skills
