ERP Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an ERP Consultant to join our team in Port Harcourt. You will work closely with clients in the manufacturing and warehousing sector to design, implement, and support ERP solutions that improve business efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client business processes and identify opportunities for ERP implementation.
• Gather and document functional requirements across finance, procurement, inventory, sales, HR and operations.
• Plan, coordinate and execute full‑cycle ERP implementation projects.
• Configure and customise ERP systems (Sage, QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP or similar) to meet client needs.
• Map existing processes, design appropriate ERP workflows and system configurations.
• Support data migration, data cleansing, validation and system integration activities.
• Conduct system testing, user‑acceptance testing and resolve issues.
• Develop user guides, process manuals and implementation reports.
• Train end‑users and provide post‑implementation support.
• Monitor ERP performance, recommend upgrades and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, IT, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in ERP consulting or implementation.
• Proven experience configuring and deploying at least one of Sage, QuickBooks, Oracle or SAP.
• Strong understanding of accounting and business management processes.
• Experience with ERP implementation methodologies, requirements gathering, testing and user training.
• Knowledge of data migration and system integration best practices.

• Competitive salary ranging from NGN 250,000 to NGN 400,000 per month.
