About the role
The Equipment/Logistics Officer will manage the tracking, mobilisation, and maintenance of equipment and tools for projects across Port Harcourt and the wider Rivers State region. This role ensures that all assets are available, well‑maintained, and delivered on time to support operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Track and maintain records of equipment, tools, and assets.
- Coordinate equipment mobilisation and demobilisation to project sites.
- Schedule routine maintenance and repairs for all equipment.
- Plan transport and delivery schedules for materials and equipment.
- Monitor shipments, resolve delivery delays, and prepare related documentation such as manifests and waybills.
- Reconcile fuel usage, vehicle logs, and transport costs.
Required profile
- B.Sc. or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Transport Management, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in logistics, fleet or equipment coordination, procurement, or supply‑chain operations.
- Good knowledge of logistics planning, inventory control, and equipment documentation.
- Strong organisational, communication, and coordination abilities.
- Experience in engineering, construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects is an advantage.

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from NGN 400,000 to NGN 600,000 per month.
