About the role
Prolato Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Business Development Manager to drive growth across its technology portfolio. This full‑time, on‑site position in Lagos will focus on acquiring and nurturing enterprise‑level clients.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential enterprise customers.
- Develop strategic partnerships and manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and enterprise clients.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals that align with client needs.
- Collaborate with internal product and service teams to ensure solutions match market demand.
- Achieve revenue targets and monitor sales performance.
Required profile
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, opportunity identification, and closing deals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Strong background in market analysis, business strategy formation, and sales forecasting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and proposal drafting.
- Analytical problem‑solving abilities to address client challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
