Enterprise Development Manager

About the role

The Enterprise Development Manager will lead entrepreneurship programs that equip participants and alumni with the skills and support needed to build and scale sustainable creative businesses. The role emphasizes mentorship, business advisory, and impact measurement, with a strong focus on empowering women entrepreneurs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor entrepreneurship programs from inception to delivery.
• Provide mentorship, business advisory, and growth strategies to women entrepreneurs.
• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps on business planning, branding, and intellectual property.
• Facilitate access to funding, market opportunities, and partnerships for participants and alumni.
• Build and manage relationships with NGOs, financial institutions, government agencies, incubators, and accelerators.
• Maintain a database of alumni businesses, track their growth stages, and report on program outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise development, program management, or business advisory.
• Proven experience working with entrepreneurs, startups, or SMEs.
• Strong understanding of business development, market access, and growth strategies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
