End User Support Engineer – Port Harcourt

About the role

Vennote Technologies Limited is seeking an End User Support Engineer for its Port Harcourt office. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering day‑to‑day technical assistance, troubleshooting, and customer service for enterprise users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line troubleshooting and technical support for end users.
• Deliver customer service and resolve user inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain and support Windows 11 operating systems in an enterprise environment.
• Manage device configuration, patching, and Microsoft Intune deployments.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with network printers.
• Collaborate with team members and work under pressure to meet service targets.

Required profile

• BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Experience in a telecommunications environment is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
• ITIL v4 certification is desirable.
