Electrician – Full‑time Position

About the role

We are seeking skilled electricians to join our team at SZH GROUP. The role involves performing technical and trade‑related duties on construction, mining and industrial sites, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out assigned technical or trade‑related duties professionally and efficiently.
• Operate, maintain, and use tools, machinery, and equipment correctly.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and project management.
• Complete assigned work within agreed timelines.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and report equipment faults, material shortages, safety concerns, or other problems promptly.
• Prevent unnecessary damage, wastage, or misuse of company materials and equipment.
• Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe while complying with company policies, site rules, and health and safety requirements.
• Work effectively as part of a team and perform other duties related to the trade as directed by management.

Required profile

• Minimum of ND/HND in any relevant discipline.
• Relevant technical training, trade certification, or demonstrated practical experience is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven practical ability in the relevant trade.
• Experience working on construction sites, farms, industrial facilities, mining sites, or similar project environments.
• Ability and willingness to work in field and remote locations.
