E‑Commerce Website Executive (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for a smart, creative and detail‑oriented graduate to join our team as an E‑Commerce Website Executive Trainee. You will receive hands‑on training to manage and grow our online store, supporting product uploads, order processing, digital promotions and overall website performance.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured e‑commerce training to understand product catalogues, website operations and online sales processes.
• Upload and update product listings, prices, descriptions and images, ensuring accuracy and visual appeal.
• Monitor incoming orders, coordinate processing and delivery, and respond to customer inquiries via website, email, WhatsApp and social media.
• Assist in planning and executing online promotions, discounts and product campaigns, supporting social‑media and digital‑marketing activities.
• Coordinate with inventory and product teams to keep stock information up‑to‑date.
• Prepare basic reports on sales performance, website traffic and customer engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mass Communication or related fields.
• Strong interest in e‑commerce, digital marketing and online business operations.
• Good communication and customer‑service skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
