About the role
The House of SOTA is seeking an experienced professional to manage its online store and drive digital sales. You will be responsible for overseeing product listings, order processing and customer enquiries while optimizing advertising campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Manage House of SOTA’s online store, product listings, orders and customer enquiries.
- Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, website traffic and conversions.
- Coordinate order fulfilment and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
- Improve the customer’s online shopping experience.
Required profile
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification.
