Dispatch Rider (Full-time)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Dispatch Rider to handle timely deliveries and collections across Port Harcourt and the wider Rivers State. The role involves transporting goods and documents safely, planning efficient routes, and maintaining a clean, well‑functioning motorcycle.

Key responsibilities

• Make timely deliveries and collections as assigned.
• Transport goods and documents safely to designated locations.
• Plan efficient routes for prompt deliveries.
• Confirm delivery details and obtain acknowledgements where required.
• Communicate professionally with customers and recipients.
• Keep accurate delivery and expense records.
• Maintain the motorcycle in a clean and good working condition and report mechanical faults promptly.
• Observe all traffic laws and road safety regulations.

Required profile

• Male, preferably 30–35 years old.
• Minimum of SSCE education.
• Valid motorcycle/rider’s licence.
• Good knowledge of Port Harcourt roads and major areas.
• Ability to navigate independently using maps or navigation tools.
• Responsible, punctual, honest, hardworking, and trustworthy.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable working on the road.
• Willing to work Monday–Friday, five days per week.
