Direct Sales Agent

About the role

A full-time Direct Sales Agent position based in Lagos and Abuja, focused on selling a digital product and acquiring new customers. The role combines lead generation, product demonstration and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and/or exceed weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Generate leads by networking, cold calling and marketing the product through market storms and digital channels.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the product, its features and benefits to customers.
• Create customer awareness of the company's products and provide excellent customer service, answering questions.
• Manage schedules, track leads and sales, and submit reports to the supervisor.
• Listen to customer needs and feedback to generate repeat sales.
• Stay up to date on all product information.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or HND in Marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing or customer acquisition within a finance or credit organisation.
• Basic understanding of financial services is preferred.
