Direct Sales Agent

About the role

Thrivest Limited is seeking a motivated Direct Sales Agent to promote its financing products across designated retail locations in Lagos. You will be the first point of contact for prospective borrowers, helping them understand loan options and guiding them through the application process.

Key responsibilities

• Actively approach and engage prospects and customers at designated locations and other outpost retail locations to promote Thrivest's financing products.
• Convert walk‑in inquiries and cold leads into active loan disbursements and savings.
• Explain product features, payment plans, eligibility criteria, and financing terms clearly and professionally.
• Assist customers with onboarding, application submission, and required documentation.
• Collect and verify required documentation (Valid ID, Utility Bill, 3‑month Bank Statement, Shop Tenancy Agreement).

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in sales, field marketing, retail banking or product sales (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment with daily customer interaction.
• Basic understanding of consumer lending.
• Computer literacy and comfortable using smartphones or digital onboarding tools.
• Results‑driven mindset focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 150,000 to NGN 250,000.
