Direct Sales Agent

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Direct Sales Agent to join our team in Lagos. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, guiding prospects through the sales process, and achieving monthly and quarterly targets. You will act as the primary point of contact for potential customers, representing Techno Trends Platform Nigeria Limited’s advertising and media solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, referrals, field visits, networking and other channels.
• Promote and explain the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
• Convert qualified leads into customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Prepare and submit accurate customer applications and required documentation.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with prospects and existing customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Achieve or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Record leads, interactions, sales activities and transactions in the CRM system.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of requests.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide feedback to management.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• At least 4 years of sales or customer‑facing experience.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
