Digital Operations & Growth Trainee

About the role

This entry‑level position supports FINDA Logistics Services in expanding its digital presence and driving online growth. The trainee will work closely with the marketing team to learn and execute basic digital marketing activities while gaining hands‑on experience with modern tools and platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, publishing, and monitoring social media content.
• Create simple visual assets for social channels using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Support lead generation, follow‑up, and customer enquiry handling.
• Maintain digital records, reports, and customer information in CRM systems.
• Research digital trends, potential customers, and growth opportunities.
• Help execute online campaigns and promotional activities.
• Collaborate on digital projects and business‑development initiatives.
• Learn and apply AI‑powered tools to improve productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE qualification.
• Strong interest in digital technology and online business.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic familiarity with smartphones, computers, and the internet.
• Willingness to learn through practical training.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What we offer

• Full‑time, on‑site role in Lagos.
• Monthly salary between NGN 150,000 and NGN 250,000.
