Digital Operations & Customer Lead

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Operations and Customer Lead to manage our online presence and ensure seamless customer experiences across all digital channels. Based in Port Harcourt, you will work closely with the founders and cross‑functional teams to keep our Shopify store, email marketing, and social media interactions on‑brand and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Shopify website – product pages, copy, basic SEO, blog posts and technical upkeep.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including welcome series and monthly newsletters.
• Handle customer enquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, website tickets and delivery aggregator platforms, ensuring timely responses and resolution.
• Convert social engagement into sales by guiding prospects to the appropriate purchase channel.
• Design and run customer surveys, collect reviews, and feed insights back to product and operations teams.
• Maintain the order hand‑off process from aggregator platforms to the production team, guaranteeing a smooth fulfillment experience.
• Collaborate with the Social Media & Community Lead on brand voice and content calendar.
• Support the Warm‑List relaunch campaign and take on ad‑hoc tasks as needed in a startup environment.

Required profile

• HND or equivalent in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• At least 24 months of experience leading teams or managing cross‑functional digital projects.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce operations and customer service best practices.
