Digital Media Officer

About the role

We are seeking a creative Digital Media Officer to lead the digital and social media presence for a group of companies. The successful candidate will design, produce, and manage engaging content across multiple platforms, ensuring a consistent brand identity and driving audience growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital and social media strategies for several businesses.
• Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube and other channels.
• Design graphics, flyers, promotional materials and branded assets.
• Handle photography and videography for products, events and campaigns.
• Edit short‑form and long‑form videos for marketing purposes.
• Write captions, marketing copy and promotional texts.
• Maintain a content calendar and monitor social media trends.
• Support the setup and operation of an in‑house digital media department.

Required profile

• Strong experience in social media management and digital content creation.
• Excellent writing and communication abilities.
• Creative mindset with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, organized and able to work independently.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and companies simultaneously.
• Portfolio or examples of previous creative work.

Required skills

• Graphic design tools: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalents.
• Video editing tools: CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or equivalents.
• Photography and videography proficiency.
