Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Luxelinks Limited is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Manager to lead its online presence and drive growth in the travel and hospitality sector. You will shape data‑driven strategies, create compelling multimedia content, and manage paid campaigns that attract high‑quality leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data‑driven digital marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Manage and grow presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter and other platforms.
• Create graphics, reels, promotional materials and advertisements.
• Plan and run paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads for travel packages, trainings and hospitality services.
• Collaborate with business development and sales teams to generate qualified leads.
• Analyze campaign performance, produce monthly reports and recommend optimisations.
• Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns and manage subscriber lists.
• Support partnership and sponsorship pitches with creative presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, IT or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably within travel or hospitality.
• Demonstrated success in creating and managing campaigns that deliver measurable business growth.
