Digital Marketing Lead

About the role

The Digital Marketing Lead will shape and execute the company’s digital strategy, driving brand awareness, lead generation and customer acquisition across online channels. Reporting to senior management, you will oversee the digital marketing team and ensure campaigns align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy and monthly plans.
• Lead the Digital Marketing Department, providing creative direction for campaigns and content.
• Develop creative campaign concepts that communicate the organisation’s brand, products and services.
• Plan, execute, monitor and optimise paid advertising on Meta, Google and other platforms.
• Manage SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on‑page optimisation and backlink building.
• Monitor advertising spend, lead generation, conversion rates and overall campaign performance.
• Analyse performance metrics, prepare regular reports and recommend actions to improve results.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate campaign calendars, budgets, timelines and external vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience with proven success in paid ads, SEO and content creation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead or coordinate a digital marketing team.
• Strong analytical, communication and project‑management skills.
• Proficient with digital marketing tools, reporting platforms and content teams.
• Ability to generate leads and support business growth through digital activities.
