Digital Marketer – Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketer to lead our social media presence across multiple platforms. The role will involve creating engaging content, managing campaigns, and analysing performance to support our hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage company accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and other platforms.
• Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, videos and campaigns.
• Maintain a structured content calendar.
• Monitor trends, conversations and emerging opportunities to boost brand visibility.
• Respond to comments, messages and customer enquiries professionally.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid social media campaigns to drive reach, leads and conversions.
• Track performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, content creators and marketing teams.
• Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging and visual identity across all channels.
• Research competitors and recommend strategies to improve digital positioning.

Required profile

• HND or equivalent in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Communications or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar digital marketing role.
• Proven track record managing social media for a business or established brand.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and YouTube.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling and content creation abilities.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong communication, organisational and time‑management skills.
