Digital Marketer – Social Media & Content Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketer will lead Flawless Aesthetic Center’s online presence, creating and publishing engaging content across social platforms to drive brand awareness and client acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all social media and digital platforms.
• Create, capture, adapt and publish platform‑specific content, including Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, educational and product videos.
• Plan and execute the approved content calendar consistently.
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions and special events.
• Monitor trends, audience engagement, reach, impressions, views and follower growth.
• Track content and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Generate qualified enquiries, treatment bookings and product enquiries.
• Maintain an organised content bank and digital asset library.
• Ensure all content complies with brand standards, client consent, privacy and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, Administrative and Management teams to execute digital initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management (minimum 3 years).
• Strong copywriting and communication abilities.
• Good understanding of major social media platforms and short‑form video formats.
• Ability to analyse digital metrics and produce performance reports.
• Creative, organised, detail‑oriented and results‑driven.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, lifestyle or luxury sectors is a plus.
