About the role

Astra Prospects is seeking a proactive Digital Marketer to drive online lead generation and brand awareness for its education services. You will work closely with the sales team, create engaging video content, and manage campaigns across social media and paid channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies on social media and other platforms.
• Generate and nurture leads through organic and paid campaigns.
• Convert prospects into customers by following up and implementing conversion tactics.
• Appear on camera for videos, live sessions, and other marketing content.
• Monitor campaign performance and track key performance indicators.
• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Create campaigns around company products and services.
• Engage with prospects on digital platforms and respond to enquiries.
• Analyse results and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and customer acquisition strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital or social media marketing.
• Proven track record in lead generation and conversion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑growing team.
