Digital Marketer

About the role

Peopleplus NG is seeking a proactive Digital Marketer to lead its online presence across multiple channels. The role involves planning, executing and optimizing digital campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition within the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, website, email, search and other channels.
• Plan, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and related platforms.
• Oversee social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, community engagement and performance analysis.
• Lead SEO initiatives such as keyword research, on‑page optimisation and link‑building to increase organic traffic.
• Create and manage email marketing programmes aimed at engagement, retention and re‑activation.
• Coordinate influencer and brand‑ambassador partnerships from identification through execution and reporting.
• Manage website content, ensuring accuracy, user experience, SEO performance and conversion optimisation.
• Monitor and analyse marketing metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, ROI) and provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators and external vendors to deliver integrated campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of proven digital marketing experience.
• Experience in the healthcare, beauty, wellness or similar consumer‑facing industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to translate data insights into optimisation decisions.
