About the role
APHR Consult is seeking a proactive Digital Growth & Content Specialist to drive its online presence and lead generation. You will craft and execute strategies across social media, email, and content channels to attract startup founders and business leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a digital growth strategy on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Build and manage email marketing sequences, weekly newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
- Create visual and written assets that simplify complex topics such as payroll compliance and performance management.
- Maintain a transparent content calendar in Google Workspace, ensuring timely deployment and zero broken links.
- Track, analyze, and report weekly on audience growth, email engagement, and conversion metrics, adjusting tactics based on data.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- A degree in a related field.
