Digital Growth & AI Marketing Executive

About the role

CB Capital is looking for a creative, highly motivated and AI‑savvy Digital Growth & Marketing Executive to take full ownership of its digital marketing and brand‑growth activities. This hands‑on role will use AI and modern digital tools to build the brand, grow the audience, create compelling content and drive leads and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute CB Capital’s digital marketing and social‑media strategy.
• Create engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms.
• Produce AI‑assisted videos, including educational, investment and promotional content.
• Turn investment insights, market developments and company initiatives into posts, articles, graphics and videos.
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters and automated customer journeys.
• Develop campaigns that increase brand awareness, audience engagement, leads and conversions.
• Grow the social‑media following and nurture an investment‑focused community.
• Monitor analytics and campaign performance and continuously improve results.
• Use AI for research, content creation, video production, design, marketing automation and audience growth.
• Identify and test new AI tools and digital marketing opportunities.

Required profile

• Junior/early‑career marketer with 1–3 years of experience, hands‑on and creative.
• Strong digital and social‑media marketing skills.
• Excellent writing and communication abilities.
• Experience creating digital content and/or videos.
• Practical experience using AI tools for marketing and content creation.
• Understanding of email marketing, digital funnels and audience growth.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Genuine interest in investment, finance, technology and digital media.
