Digital Concierge – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

The Digital Concierge will act as the first point of contact for online clients, handling enquiries, payments and conversions across WhatsApp, Instagram and other digital channels. You will ensure a smooth booking process, maintain client records and support the studio’s social media presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage WhatsApp, Instagram and online client enquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
• Verify payment evidence, communicate payment instructions and forward confirmed details to the Studio Concierge for booking.
• Drive digital enquiry‑to‑payment conversion and support online sales of services and products.
• Follow up warm leads, conduct post‑service follow‑ups, manage re‑booking and subscription client communications.
• Handle digital complaints, maintain accurate client records and publish approved content on social media platforms.
• Maintain an active Stories presence, manage the content calendar and support ambassador/influencer outreach.
• Provide temporary front‑desk coverage when the Studio Concierge is unavailable and complete daily reports and checklists.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and sales conversion ability.
• Confidence handling payment information with attention to detail.
• Professional, reliable and punctual with strong ownership and accountability.
• Good computer and digital literacy, comfortable using WhatsApp and social media platforms.
• Commercial awareness and strong organisational skills.
